BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION CENTER
The Bone Marrow Transplant Center has been trying to establish my hospital since 2014, but was able to obtain a license in 2017. Due to construction activities at the hospital, patient recruitment has started since 2018. In the Aegean region state hospitals only stem cell transplantation is performed in this clinic. Both autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants are planned for malignant and benign diseases with stem cell transplantation indications. The autologous stem cell transplants are planned to be performed this year with autologous allogeneic stem cell transplants starting from next year.
