Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation care all its patients in line with present scientific advancements in the means of anesthesiology procedures both in operation rooms and in intensive care units.
There are 1 associate professor, 14 anesthesiologists, 12 trainees, 35 anesthesia technicians and 39 nurses working currently.
Approximately 20.000 operations are conducted annually ranging from class A operations to ambulatory interventions such as burn care facility patients, endoscopic procedures and interventional radiology patients.
Intensive health care is provided in a third-degree IC unit which has 10 beds and in another second-degree unit which has 7 beds, adding up to a total number of 17 ICU beds.
